The Writing Life in Maine | Summer, 2014

The Bar Harbor Writers’ Workshop is built around one idea: writers need community. We need a shared place to learn, to express, to discuss, and to write. Join us for a seven-day, six-night celebration of the written word as we soak in the writing life and experience the breathtaking coast of Maine in the picturesque town of Bar Harbor.

Stay tuned to this page for exact scheduling details for summer, 2014.

Take the next step!

The Bar Harbor Writers’ Workshop is for those writers who want to take the next step in their writing life. What sets us apart from most other workshops is the small group environment (we have a maximum of 20 participants) where serious writers are able to study with master craftspeople, talk one on one with a nationally-known literary agent, get concrete advice on individual manuscripts, and, best of all, create lasting friendships with others who love the art and craft of writing. Come, join us for the next step in your writing life.
